It's not a joke but it's surely an impossibility. When they say "monitor" do they mean one email out of half a million? Is this why our forefathers fought wars? To protect our liberty?

well I am ashamed to admit... it's all true.... the only good bit of news is that the government got SO scared about trying to ram this one home with a sledgehammer that they've had to take a little step back and decide it's best to plan the strategy - downside is it's still going to be done!!
